
Simon Hennessey (b. 1973, Birmingham, UK) is strongly influenced by uniquely photographic elements such as depth of field, focus, and tonality. He frequently depicts iconic monuments including the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben, and the Guggenheim museum, as reflections in sunglasses. Hennessey uses an airbrushing technique with acrylic paints to create his smooth finish. In the past decade, Hennessey has had many solo exhibitions and been featured in a variety of publications. He received his B.A. from Solihull College. The artist lives and works in Birmingham, UK.
