Ron Kleemann
Ron Kleemann (b. 1937, Bay City, Michigan; d. 2014, Great Barrington, Massachusetts) focused his work on what he deemed “corporate graffiti,” depicting the branding marks and logos on automobiles. Beginning with Grand Prix cars, he later painted Indy 500 cars, trucks, police vehicles, and fire engines. His later work portrayed NASCAR cars. Kleemann produced over 150 Photorealist paintings and exhibited extensively throughout the United States. His work is in many notable public collections.
